Pros: None Cons: No explanation, higher fees, higher rates. All around not recommended

Did not find me the best rate possible, and charged me more than anyone else. I should have done more research before signing on the dotted line.
Pros: nice office Cons: poor customer service, not working for you but working for the bank to get them the higher interest rate
